中央财经大学国家财经战略研究院（以下简称“国财院”）成立于2025年7月，由财经研究院、中国互联网经济研究院、国防经济与管理研究院、绿色金融国际研究院、经济与社会发展研究院、数据资产与智能管理研究中心等教学科研单位和校级科研机构整合组建而成，是学校服务国家战略、推动学科交叉融合的科研高地和高端智库平台。

国财院现有专任教师47人，其中国务院政府特殊津贴获得者2名、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划人选6名、北京市高等学校青年教学名师1名；全日制研究生56人，包含国内统招硕士研究生17人、博士研究生10人，以及国际留学生29人（含留学硕士研究生12人，留学博士研究生17人）。国际留学生来源广泛，涵盖美国、俄罗斯、巴基斯坦、越南、蒙古、泰国、伊朗、赤道几内亚等多个国家，遍及亚洲、欧洲、美洲、非洲等大洲，充分体现了研究院鲜明的国际化办学特色。

国财院拥有应用经济学一级学科博士学位授予点，下设区域经济学、国防经济、数字经济学和区域与国别经济学4个二级学科；拥有1个北京高校高精尖学科“战略经济与军民融合”。同时，国财院拥有1个教育部、科技部“111”创新引智基地—互联网经济学科创新引智基地，2个北京市哲学社会科学重点研究基地——北京财经研究基地、首都互联网经济发展研究基地，2个教育部国别和区域研究中心——俄罗斯东欧中亚研究中心、欧盟研究中心，1个北京高校哲学社会科学创新中心——首都数字经济高质量发展创新中心，这些优势平台为学科建设、人才培养与科学研究提供了坚实支撑。

国财院科研积淀深厚、成果卓著，聚焦区域经济、数字经济、国防经济、区域与国别经济、绿色金融、数据资产与智能管理等国家重点战略领域，持续产出高水平学术论文、精品学术专著与权威报告。研究院牵头主持多项国家级重大、重点项目及国际合作课题，多项研究成果被国际机构、国家部委及地方政府广泛采纳应用，有力推动了学术成果向国家和地方改革实践转化，在国内相关研究领域形成了鲜明的交叉学科优势，展现出较强的学术引领力，具有重要的政策影响力与社会公信力。

国财院始终坚持对外开放办学理念，以全球视野搭建多层次、高水平国际合作网络，与联合国系统、世界银行等国际组织，以及剑桥大学等世界顶尖高校，建立了长期稳定的合作伙伴关系，常态化开展学者互访、学术交流与合作研究。研究院积极推动中国绿色金融、数字经济、区域与国别经济等领域的成果走向国际前沿，持续提升中国方案在全球财经治理中的话语权与影响力，助力构建人类命运共同体。

Introduction

The National Academy of Financial and Economic Strategy at Central University of Finance and Economics (hereinafter referred to as “NAFES”) was established in July 2025 through the integration of multiple teaching and research entities, including the Institute of Finance and Economics, China Center for Internet Economy Research, the Institute of Defence Economics and Management, the International Institute of Green Finance, the Institute of Economic and Social Development and the Research Center for Data Assets and Intelligent Management. As a high-level think tank and research platform, NAFES is dedicated to serving national strategic priorities and advancing interdisciplinary integration across the University.

NAFES currently has 47 full-time faculty members, including two recipients of the Special Government Allowance of the State Council, six recipients of the Ministry of Education's "New Century Excellent Talents Support Program, and one Young Teaching Master of Colleges and Universities in Beijing. NAFES has 56 graduate students, including 17 domestic full-time master's and 10 domestic full-time doctoral students, as well as 29 international students (12 master's and 17 doctoral students). The international students are diverse in origin, representing countries such as the United States, Russia, Pakistan, Vietnam, Mongolia, Thailand, Iran, and Equatorial Guinea, spanning across Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Africa. This fully demonstrates the institute's distinctive international educational characteristics.

NAFES is authorized to confer doctoral degrees in the first-level discipline of Applied Economics, with four second-level disciplines: Regional Economics, Defense Economics, Digital Economics, and Area and Country Economics, and has a Beijing high-level discipline in "Strategic Economics and Civil-Military Integration". The Academy is home to a "111 Program" Innovation and Intelligence Introduction Base co-sponsored by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Science and Technology—the Innovation and Intelligence Introduction Base for Internet Economy Discipline, two Key Research Bases for Philosophy and Social Sciences in Beijing (the Beijing Finance and Economics Research Base and the Capital Internet Economy Development Research Base), two Ministry of Education area studies centers (the EU Research Center and the Russia, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia Research Center), and one Beijing university innovation center for philosophy and social sciences (the Innovation Center for High-Quality Development of the Capital Digital Economy). These platforms provide a solid foundation for disciplinary development, scientific research, and talent cultivation.

With a strong research foundation and a record of outstanding achievements, NAFES focuses on key national strategic areas, including regional economy, digital economy, defence economy, area and country studies, green finance, and data assets and intelligent management. The Academy consistently produces high-impact academic papers, influential monographs, and authoritative policy reports. It has led and undertaken numerous major national research projects and international collaborative programs. Many of its research outcomes have been widely adopted and applied by international organizations, government agencies, and local governments, effectively facilitating the translation of academic findings into policy and practice. NAFES has developed a distinctive interdisciplinary advantage and demonstrates strong academic leadership, with significant policy influence and public credibility.

Committed to an open and global outlook, NAFES actively builds multi-level, high-quality international cooperation networks. It maintains long-term partnerships with international organizations such as the United Nations system and the World Bank, as well as leading universities, including the University of Cambridge. The Academy regularly conducts scholar exchanges, academic interactions, and collaborative research on a regular basis. The Academy actively promotes the global dissemination of China's advances in green finance, digital economy, and area studies, enhancing the international visibility and influence of China's approaches in global economic governance and contributing to the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
