王沙骋，经济学教授、博士生导师、北京大学与哈佛大学联合培养管理学博士。斯坦福大学客座研究员（Visiting Fellow）、哈佛大学研究员（Research Fellow）。财政部社会保障人才、教育部全国普通高等学校军事教学指导委员会秘书、中央财经大学台湾经济研究所（校级）所长。在SSCI/SCI/CSSCI期刊发表30余篇论文，主持3项国家社科基金项目。主要研究领域为数字金融、金融安全、和平与防务经济、国防教育。
Shacheng WANG is currently a Professor and a Doctoral Advisor at the National Academy of Finance and Economic Strategy as well as the Director of the Institute of Taiwan Economics, Central University of Finance and Economics, China. He earned his Ph.D. in Management through a joint doctoral program between Peking University and Harvard University. He was a Visiting Fellow of Stanford University and a Research Fellow of Harvard University. He serves as a subject matter expert on social security issues for the Ministry of Finance of China. He is the Secretary of the Military Teaching Steering Committee of Colleges and Universities of the Ministry of Education of China. His research focuses on digital finance, financial security, peace and defense economics, and defense education. He can be reached at 007@pku.edu.cn.
